A Brief History of the Chinese Imperial Dog

The Chinese Imperial dog was called

Imperial, Hah-Pah, and the Imperialists were called Chin Ssu Ha-color-PAHs in the Chinese imperial palace. In early English book called Imperial or “Pekinese Type” if they do not know how to call them. Imperial has always been a dog separated from the Pekingese, Shih Tzu and Lhasa Apso.
